Proprietor of the Firm is a Post Graduate in Commerce, Economics and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is a Law graduate (LL. B.) as well. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management. He is having rich experience of almost 20 years in knowledge management in Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Taxation, Finance, Corporate Governance and provide secretarial and other allied corporate services including Legal, Financial, Due Diligence, Risk Management, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), all kind of valuation, drafting and vetting of contracts, agreements Internal audit as well as having wide exposure in liaisoning with various Government Departments like Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Company Law Board (CLB), Regional Director (RD), Registrar of Companies (ROC), Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Service Tax Department, Income Tax Department and other various Government Agencies and Quasi Judicial Bodies.
